Job Title
Objective of the Position:
Design and modify the routes for the transfer of material, through the route, testing and implementation of new routes, in order to guarantee the transit time of shipments so that clients have their material on time.
Ensure efficient solutions to guarantee the service in the client facilities where in-house couriers work.
Generate timely and accurate information necessary for the measurement of the performance indicators of each process.
Coordinate and authorize the requests for supplies and uniforms for the staff, in order to have the necessary material to work and ensure an adequate corporate image before the client and in accordance with the guidelines established by DHL.
Ensure the motivation of the staff, focused on promoting values and the improvement of their team, in order to create a pleasant working environment and productivity.
