Coordinator Financial (Customs Revenue)
DHL Express México is seeking a Coordinator Financial (Customs Revenue) to work within the Financial area of Customs Mexico. Objective of the position: To ensure the correct control, analysis, and reconciliation of financial processes related to customs operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, accounting transparency, and efficiency in the management of costs and revenues derived from imports and exports.
Your tasks:
- Dominion of import financial processes, tariff regulations.
- Relationship and treatment with customs agents and fiscal premises.
- Elaboration and follow-up of all types of customs financial reports and projects.
- Collaborate with other functions to improve transit times and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with processes in accordance with business rules and internal policies.
- Follow up on urgent escalations, assigning priorities, giving immediate response to internal and external clients on release and service issues.
- Creation of budget and follow-up on the cost of customs where DHL has presence in Mexico.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting or related field (Graduated).
- Teamwork, proactive, self-directed.
- Experience required: in Logistics or Courier companies.
- English: advanced level.
- Handling of some ERP system.
- Control of budgets and financial reports.
- Analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI).
