Responsible for meeting the quality area's goals, meeting the operational needs of DHL Supply Chain and the customer. Implement, maintain, and enforce the quality management system adopted by DHL, ensuring compliance with corporate quality directives. Responsible for regulatory matters of the site.
Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, and related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the promotion and contribution to the fulfillment of the Company's Quality Policy and Objectives, through the preparation and distribution of material on the subject, aiming at the awareness and involvement of all areas of the organization regarding Quality;
- Responsible for the management of site locks and unlocks;
- Implement and ensure the Maintenance of the Quality Management System;
- Develop TDM (Time and Data Management) of the team under your responsibility and fulfill its TDM (Time and Data Management);
- Map operational processes with the purpose of validating Work Instructions, evaluating risks to Quality;
- Management of Internal and External Audits (Customers, Certifications, government body, etc.);
- Ensure that Quality Programs are implemented and followed monthly;
- Ensure that the training of documents and programs of the Quality Management System is applied to the site's employees according to the training matrix;
- Evaluate the requirements specified by customers and identify improvements in their processes;
- Comply with HSE procedures;
- Assist the Regulatory Affairs team in managing the licenses and authorizations necessary for the sites under your responsibility;
- Ensure the update of quality process KPIs on the boards;
- Responsible for managing internal and external indicators of the site;
- Manage Change Control;
- Apply formal individual feedback to the team according to the schedule (annual) and HR standard;
- Ensure that new employees receive the established training before starting their activities and that recycling training is conducted as needed;
- Monitor, monthly, the training hours of each employee of your team;
- Manage absenteeism, turnover, and disciplinary actions of your team;
- Manage the work schedule, vacations, salary residues, bank hours, and overtime in accordance with the legislation;
- Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct established by the DPDHL organization;
- Responsible for monitoring and developing problems, and making corrective and preventive decisions;
- Responsible for communication with customer Quality;
- Lead projects related to the Quality Area;
- Responsible for team development and motivation;
- Responsible for the quality management of the Repacker Center, according to the customer's procedure, following all the guidelines of the Quality Book.
