Requirements and Responsibilities:

Complete higher education.

Preferably with experience in logistics routines.

Availability of schedule.

Among your main responsibilities, you will:

• Accompany the processes of receipt, labeling, cubing, return, discrepancies, CX One, and pallet assembly, ensuring that the goals are met, to meet the service levels agreed with the client;
• Make sure the safety concepts and regulations (HSE) are complied with;
• Distribute tasks to assistants, operators, checkers, and task assistants and analysts;
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace
• Give the safety briefing;
• Lead the team and supervise the areas, ensuring that the procedures and processes of the client's operational systems / DHL are complied with;
• Accompany the flow of material movement, correcting and advising employees in case of doubts or non-compliant behaviors;
• Accompany the KPIs of the areas.
• Schedule training;
• Report accidents and incidents according to the safety procedure;
• Manage the loads according to the priorities
• Update information in internal communication channels, gathering and disseminating information and guidance for all and continuous improvement of processes;
• Ensure the supply of area inputs, checking the need for supply, so that unplanned stops do not occur.
• Participate in internal audits, separating documents, making them available and accompanying the auditor when requested, to meet internal and client requirements;
• Use PPE, following the work safety guidelines to ensure personal and collective integrity;
• Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the workplace, removing the residues generated by the handling of the merchandise to guarantee the corporate quality programs;
• Comply with operational procedures and respect the HSE, Quality, Radar Program, and Code of Conduct norms of the DHL Supply Chain.
