Responsible for activities such as dispatch, reception, verification, labeling, and leadership over the team in your respective area. In charge of administrative support activities, productivity, and HR controls related to the above activities in your respective area; follow-up and dissemination in the briefings of the main indices and general information of the company; responsible for compliance with the norms, procedures, and policies of Safety, Quality, and other processes of DHL.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Complete Higher Education
• Preferably with experience in logistics routines.

• Among your main responsibilities, you will find:

1. Accompany the processes of reception, labeling, cubage, return, discrepancies, CX One, and pallet assembly, ensuring that the goals are met, to meet the service levels agreed with the client;
2. Ensure that the safety concepts and regulations (HSE) are complied with;
3. Distribute tasks to assistants, operators, checkers, and task assistants and analysts;
4. Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace
5. Conduct the safety briefing;
6. Lead the team and supervise the areas, ensuring that the procedures and processes of the client/DHL operational systems are complied with;
7. Accompany the material movement flow, correcting and advising employees in case of doubts or non-compliant behaviors;
8. Accompany the KPIs of the areas.
9. Schedule training;
10. Report accidents and incidents according to the safety procedure;
11. Manage the loads according to the priorities
12. Update information in the internal communication channels, gathering and disseminating the information and guidance for all to know and continuous improvement of the processes;
13. Ensure the supply of the area's inputs, checking the need for supply, so that there are no unplanned stops.
14. Participate in internal audits, separating documents, making them available, and accompanying the auditor when requested, to meet internal and client requirements;
15. Use PPE, following the work safety guidelines to ensure personal and collective integrity;
16. Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the workplace, removing the residues generated by the handling of the merchandise to guarantee the corporate quality programs;
17. Comply with operational procedures and respect the norms of HSE, Quality, Radar Program, and DHL Supply Chain Code of Conduct.
