You will be responsible for the commercial management of strategic accounts (e.g., Mercado Livre), ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through a structured interface between the client, operations, and internal areas, as well as supporting commercial governance, profitability, and new business development initiatives.
Requirements
What are the requirements?
- Complete higher education;
- Experience with e-commerce, operations, or sales;
- Intermediate/advanced English;
- Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
Among your main responsibilities, you will find:
- Relationship management and client interface Act as the focal point for the client in daily operational and commercial themes, conducting recurring follow-up meetings and ensuring clear, structured, and timely communication;
- Incident escalation and management Act as the escalation point for critical issues with the client, coordinating internally with responsible areas (mainly operations) for prioritization and resolution, ensuring continuous visibility and communication of the status;
- Contractual governance Support the management of contracts, ensuring the monitoring of obligations, as well as supporting contract review and renewal processes;
- Performance tracking (without direct responsibility for operational execution) Consolidate and analyze operational and commercial indicators, identifying deviations and supporting the definition of action plans with responsible areas, as well as preparing managerial reports and presentations with a critical view;
- Support for new business development Assist in the structuring of commercial proposals, contract renewals, and initial viability analyses (pricing, benchmarking, and data), as well as organizing materials and the pipeline of opportunities.
