Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate all international and domestic logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in the end-to-end flow, from origin to final delivery. Act strategically in logistics planning, supplier management, cost control, continuous improvement, and SLAs compliance. Establish direct communication with global partners, clients, and carriers, being responsible for ensuring operational performance, risk mitigation, and service excellence.

Required Qualifications: • Complete higher education in Logistics, Administration, Engineering or related fields; • Fluent English (mandatory) – reading, writing, and conversation; • Advanced/fluent Spanish (mandatory) – reading, writing, and conversation; • Solid experience in international logistics, domestic logistics, and planning; • Proficiency in Excel and analysis tools (Power BI desirable); • Knowledge of systems (TMS, WMS, and SAP ERPs) is a plus. • Availability to work in Barueri.

Desired Technical Competencies: • Import/export processes and customs legislation; • International and domestic freight management (air/sea) and domestic; • Logistics network optimization; • Negotiation techniques and carrier management; • Knowledge of logistics cost analysis.

Main Responsibilities: Logistics International • Coordinate import and export processes, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and follow-up with international agents; • Monitor international shipping deadlines, maritime, air, and road, ensuring adherence to contracted lead times; • Manage international indicators (transit time, demurrage, detention, delays, global logistics costs); • Act directly in interface with freight agents, customs brokers, and foreign suppliers. Logistics Domestic • Coordinate national transportation operations (road, air, express), ensuring performance in the last mile and middle mile; • Control SLAs of collections, transfers, and deliveries, acting proactively in deviations; • Manage relationships with carriers, negotiate capacities, costs, and prioritizations; • Monitor logistics occurrences, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Logistics Planning • Plan and consolidate logistics demand, ensuring capacity to meet with global transporters and suppliers; Develop cost studies, simulations, optimization modal scenarios, and routing; • Develop and monitor operational and strategic KPIs (OTIF, OTTR, lead time, cost per kg, productivity, etc.); • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and automations; • Support the planning of critical loadings, urgent loads, and risk mitigation strategies. Management and Interface • Lead the operational team, ensuring alignment, performance, and team development; • Act as the focal point between internal areas (Commercial, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Global Supply Chain); • Ensure clear and timely communication with internal and external clients in different countries; • Elaborate executive reports, analyses, and managerial presentations.
