Job Title

This position is also inclusive for PCDs.

Manage the transportation team and ensure the procedures of the area, keeping all members with the same level of information ensuring that everyone can have the conditions and work environment to achieve the best result.

Ensure operational strategy with the client and lead the team with the objective to achieve results in accordance with the strategies of the company.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

What are the requirements?

• Complete higher education;
• Preferably with experience in transportation management;
• Availability to work in 12x36 shift.

Among your main responsibilities, you will find:

• Ensure that the team complies with all transportation processes;
• Monitor the compliance of all schedules;
• Integrate with other areas as well as with the client;
• Ensure that everyone is updated about the news of the management systems of the area;
• Ensure the target of the operational KPIs;
• Ensure the attendance of the needs of the area and clients;
• Act and disseminate to the team the main KPIs (operational and financial) of transportations;
• Ensure the agreed service level in the contract;
• Seek opportunities for cost reduction;
• Seek continuous improvement of processes and services;
• Ensure the review of operational procedures (FET) with the Quality area;
• Perform maintenance of the attendance of employees in the payroll system;
• Comply with operational procedures and respect the policies and norms of DHL Supply Chain, including those related to HSE, Quality and Code of Conduct.
