Manage the transportation team and ensure the procedures of the area, keeping all members at the same level of information to ensure that everyone can have the conditions and work environment to achieve the best results. Ensure operational strategy with the client and lead the team with the objective of achieving results in accordance with the CIA's strategies.

Requirements:

• Complete higher education;
• Preferably with experience in management of B2C transport companies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the team complies with all transportation processes;
• Monitor the compliance of all SLAs of transport companies and contracts;
• Integrate with other areas as well as with the client;
• Ensure that everyone is updated on the news of the management systems of the area;
• Ensure the target of operational KPIs;
• Ensure the fulfillment of the needs of the area and the clients;
• Act and disseminate to the team the main KPIs (operational and financial) of transportations;
• Ensure the service level agreed in the contract;
• Seek opportunities to reduce costs;
• Seek continuous improvement of processes and services;
• Ensure review of operational procedures;
• Perform maintenance of the entry of employees in the payroll system;
• Develop the capacity of the transport companies/Aggregates;
• Comply with operational procedures and respect the policies and standards of DHL Supply Chain, including those related to HSE, Quality, and Code of Conduct.
