• Complete higher education
• experience in logistics operations and projects, knowledge of Green Belt will be a plus
• basic to intermediate English

Responsibilities

Among your main responsibilities, you will find:

1. Coordinate, develop, and execute continuous improvement activities, project planning, management, and data analysis;
2. Lead the project team, ensuring task distribution, team motivation, and constant feedback;
3. Calculate operational productivity through time study analysis;
4. Study the operational flow aiming at the optimization of movements and the gain of performance in the operation;
5. Simplify and standardize the activities and processes developed on site;
6. Conduct technical studies for the review of existing resources (labor and equipment), focusing on the gain of productive efficiency;
7. Review the physical layout of the operation, including storage areas, staging, administrative, and support areas;
8. Coordinate and support the actions of functional areas, ensuring the fulfillment of established goals and deadlines;
9. Ensure compliance with DHL, customer, and corporate program performance indicators (KPIs);
10. Develop technical proposals and cost compositions for improvements, validating them with Management, Direction, or requesters;
11. Analyze operational results to identify the viability of new projects and propose innovative solutions for cost reduction;
12. Apply and multiply project tools and methodologies (concepts, forms, DePICT, and Functional Design) for operational leadership;
13. Develop and conduct operational and technical training in all departments;
14. Provide structured technical support to support areas and operations;
15. Ensure respect for occupational safety concepts, standards, and regulations (HSE).
16. Receive, analyze, and structure proposals and continuous improvement ideas from operations, support areas, and leadership;
17. Manage the completion and control of all documentation and reports relevant to the project department.
18. Review and analyze the ABC curve to optimize the warehousing strategy and material flow;
19. Actively participate in start-up activities, providing technical support and management in the implementation stages of new operations;
20. Define work groups, resources, and assignments, ensuring the organization and responsibility of each involved in the projects.
21. Ensure compliance with the objectives of the Performance Evaluation and the continuous development of the team;
22. Provide innovative and structured solutions focused on the quality, safety, and financial sustainability of the operation.
