Job Title

This position is also inclusive for PCDs.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for coordinating all operational processes, aiming to achieve excellence in the quality of services provided to the client. Responsible for KPIs, leadership, and encouraging the team and for compliance with the norms and procedures of Safety, Quality, and Human Resources in the operations of DHL Supply Chain.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

What are the requirements?

• Complete Higher Education
• Experience in administrative routines and in logistics operations

Among your main responsibilities, you will find:

1. Accompany the operational flow of separation and confirmation providing general support in operations, accompanying the separation flow correcting and guiding the assistants and operators in cases of doubts or non-compliant postures being responsible for the physical integrity of all movements, guiding the team on the specific processes of the clients;

2. Ensure the completion of KPIs internal controls and customers, perform the maintenance of reports and participate in meetings with customers;

3. Carry out briefings and DDSMA, elaborate and disseminate to the team and follow up on the main indices (KPIs) of the company;

4. Fill out the area documentation as needed; Accompany the activities of the support areas;

5. Supervise and evaluate the picking rack and unsightly materials areas ensuring that the procedures and processes are carried out;

6. Participate actively in inventory activities and supervise the supply of the separation area, support the loading and unloading operation evaluating the conditions of the vehicles;

7. Coordinate the reception of stock and loading of empty pallets, packaging and other inputs;

8. Administer the loads according to priorities and complexities assisting the other Coordinators in the difficulties of loading and unloading;

9. Implement, analyze and present the operational results indicators and goals in accordance with OMS routines;

10. Carry out the management of selection processes, follow up the development and training of your team, carry out the maintenance of the time card, guarantee the effectiveness of the Feedback Program, movements and opening of personnel requisitions in the payroll system;

11. Participate and guarantee the participation of immediate leaders in operational, quality, environmental and other trainings;

12. Respect the concepts and comply with the regulations of environmental norms, including selective collection;

13. Comply with operational procedures and respect the policies and norms of DHL Supply Chain, including those related to HSE, Quality, and Code of Conduct.
