The job involves several key responsibilities including regular verification of PPE and safety conditions, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, distributing tasks to assistants and operators, coordinating loading and unloading, providing support during loading, maintaining workplace order, reporting accidents and incidents, monitoring separation and verification flow, guiding the team on special client standards, ensuring daily processes, participating in inventory activities, coordinating stock/receiving and loading of empty pallets, monitoring support areas, managing loads according to priorities, planning vacation schedules, monitoring the electronic HR system, coordinating continuous improvement activities, evaluating staff performance, ensuring workplace safety, interacting with employees to participate in DHL programs, monitoring client KPIs, and monitoring performance indicators.
