Coordinate a team and the activities of operations, perform administrative actions of the department, carry out and analyze reports, evaluate the safety conditions of people and equipment involved. Respect for safety and quality standards, ensuring excellence and quality in the entire logistics chain.

Availability: Shifts - Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays; Completed or pending higher education; Intermediate Excel; Desired knowledge in WMS system; Continuous improvement.

Plan and distribute the daily workload to employees; Monitor the flow of receipt and verification and ensure quality and safety in the storage of products; Monitor the flow of separation and verification and ensure quality and safety in the dispatch of products; Guide the team on special customer standards; Monitor the separation flow in picking, correcting and guiding assistants and operators in case of doubts or non-compliant postures, being responsible for the physical integrity of movements; Coordinate the stock/receipt and loading of empty pallets, packaging and other inputs; Carry out the management of the working hours of its employees, carry out the maintenance of the attendance of employees in the ADPWeb system; Identify the training needs of related areas and plan at the operational level the execution of the same, in order to improve or correct situations of inefficiency or demotivation; Monitor, control and schedule employee training in the Training Management System; Promote and encourage the development of its employees; Rotation of work positions generating the multifunctionality of employees; Monitoring productivity (hour by hour/shift/daily); Focus on customer needs through the fulfillment of volumes, quality assurance and productivity improvement.
