This position aims to coordinate the activities of operations, monitor the productivity of employees using operational tools, apply feedback, carry out the administrative operations of the department, analyze the reports of divergences, evaluate the safety conditions of people and equipment involved. Respect for safety and quality standards, ensuring excellence and quality throughout the logistics chain.

Requirements:

• Higher education completed or in progress
• Experience in the logistics field
• People management
• Full availability for shifts

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily briefings with the team
2. Comply and ensure compliance with HSE and Quality concepts and regulations in force
3. Delegate activities to assistants and the movement team
4. Ensure and monitor the delivery of volume, as well as the OEE (line efficiency) indicator and develop an action plan for losses
5. Ensure the use of PPE and safety conditions constantly
6. Ensure the implementation of 5S on the lines
7. Ensure the rotation of stages
8. Ensure the achievement of KPIs agreed with the client
9. Apply feedback to your employees
10. Close the point in the ADP tool
11. Reinforce the culture of OMS
12. Exercise and promote continuous improvement with the team
13. Conduct a critical analysis meeting with production control assistants and support areas
14. Guide the team on special customer standards
15. Lead and develop the team
16. Ensure that the procedures and processes of the customer/DHL operational systems are complied with
17. Monitor the operational flow, correcting and advising assistants and operators in case of doubts or non-compliant behaviors
18. Report accidents and incidents according to the safety procedure
19. Participate actively in inventory activities, solving problems of pointing the lines
20. Coordinate the stock/receipt and loading of empty pallets
21. Monitor and ensure the activities of the support areas
22. Direct the team to execute the activities with quality and assertiveness
23. Open OS when necessary
