Responsible for the implementation of the DHL Operational System (OMS First Choice) in the transport operations (Branches and Backoffice), warehousing, and co-packaging.

- HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE IN ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELDS

- KNOWLEDGE OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT/ LEAN MANUFACTURING OR OMS.

- INTERMEDIATE EXCEL, POWER BI

- ENGLISH AND SPANISH (DIFFERENTIAL)

- KNOWLEDGE IN TRANSPORT (DIFFERENTIAL)

1. Responsible for the implementation of the OMS First Choice operational system, in accordance with the Capabilities Book, together with operational teams and support areas;

2. Ensure the quality delivery of activities under their responsibility defined in the OMS First Choice Project Plan for their responsibility sites;

3. Develop operational teams and support areas through the application of continuous improvement training during the development of each element of the OMS First Choice cycle;

4. Monitor the progress of the implementation plan, through a schedule of systematic meetings with the sites under their responsibility, identifying possible risks and defining actions to mitigate them together with the project team (Champion, Owner and Sponsor and Continuous Improvement Manager);

5. Validate together with the operational teams the documentation, control tools, and performance tracking, ensuring the maximum standardization of the models used and promoting benchmarking with other operations;

6. Monitor the performance indicators of the sites under their responsibility and propose actions/revisions in the OMS First Choice cycle to correct the route when necessary;

7. Compile and report monthly on the progress of the implementation of OMS First Choice and the efficiency of the sites under their responsibility.
