Responsibilities
Manage regional operations by planning and implementing strategies to ensure improvement in both service and transit time performance whilst managing costs. Manage in a high-pressure, changing environment with demands from both internal & external customers regionally. Achieve agreed market-leading Transit Time, Data Quality, and Service Performance targets. Manage the measurement, monitoring, and actions for improvement. Implement the Operations component of Annual Operating plans in tandem with the Regional strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental obligations while leading initiatives to remove trade impediments. Roll out projects to address regional and network imperatives and programmes.
Requirements
Experience: 12-15 years of experience Skills and Competencies: Communication skills (English), spoken and written. Customer Orientation. Business Acumen. Cross Border Thinking. Leadership and Team Building.
