We are seeking applications for the post of "CDZ Executive". The incumbent will be required to perform the operational activities in the most efficient manner through strong coordination among the stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit import/export documents through WeBOC and Pakistan Single Window (PSW)
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan Customs Act, FBR rules, and SROs.
- Coordinate with customs officials for examination, valuation, and release of consignments.
- Verifying the cost received from vendors.
- Invoice generation and submission to customers (maintaining data in soft scan).
- Understanding of calculation of customs duties, taxes, and other charges accurately.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.
- Track shipment status and ensure timely clearance to avoid demurrage/detention.
- Maintain proper records of cleared shipments and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in customs laws, tariffs, and trade policies.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience at a multinational or renowned local freight forwarding/logistics company.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
• Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
