Role Purpose: A Bid and Proposal Executive is responsible in supporting the Bid and Proposal team in the production of customer facing documents in line with the companies' retention, acquisition and development strategy. You will need to create, format, store and manage information for use in the production of customer facing documents by the Tender team.
Success Criteria: To be a successful Bid and Proposal Executive, you will be required to work to deadlines, and to produce on-time captivating and competitive business propositions for Sales. This requires the ability to work with key stakeholders across the Sales Channels and various DHL functions, to source, structure and produce compelling sales materials. The role requires creativity and the ability to continually improve the bid and proposal materials.
