Duration of the contract: 2 years

Your main missions:

  1. Management of out-of-network services (Sprintline / Jetline – extreme urgency)
    • Manage transport dossiers (road and air) in autonomy
    • Ensure a fluid and reactive customer follow-up throughout the process: from pick-up to delivery
    • Guarantee complete traceability in the ERP and customer satisfaction at each stage
  2. Commercial development & key account management
    • Actively participate in the development and retention of strategic clients (Key Accounts)
    • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the DHL Special Services department
    • Contribute to the implementation of personalized offers and the success of complex client implementations
    • Participate in the competitive and sectorial watch to anticipate trends and strengthen the position of DHL Special Services on the market
  3. Continuous improvement & operational performance
    • Produce and follow daily, weekly, and monthly reports (Excel)
    • Analyze client and subcontractor performances, identify improvement axes, and propose concrete corrective actions
    • Contribute to the implementation of new processes and tools to strengthen operational efficiency
  4. Legal & international sourcing
    • Participate in the selection, qualification, and follow-up of providers on a global scale
    • Verify documentary and contractual compliance
    • Ensure a relevant, competitive, and quality-standard compliant panel of subcontractors

Candidate profile:

  • Bac +3 in logistics, transport, international trade …
  • Excellent written and oral communication in French and English
  • Good mastery of Excel and reporting and analysis tools
  • Taste for client contact, service orientation
  • Organization, rigor, reactivity, and analytical mind
  • Team spirit, result orientation, and customer focus
