Manage the relationship with the client in a legitimate, solid, and profitable way, acting as a bridge between the client and internal stakeholders. In addition, develop strategic planning and management of specific projects for each account, supporting contract renewals and new business.
Requirements
What are the requirements?
- Complete higher education.
- Desirable postgraduate degree or MBA.
- Knowledge in finance, negotiation, customer relationship, and project management.
- Skills in interpersonal relationship, resilience, sense of priority, leadership, and good communication.
- Advanced English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
Among your main responsibilities, you will find:
- Manage the relationship with the client at the regional level of eCommerce clients in Latin America supported by all customer interface areas as well as by the operations team of each country;
- Manage contract renewals and additional scope at the regional level supported by the account manager in each country;
- Participate actively in the support of new business, project validation, Pricing Protocol, BCA, meeting with clients, etc.
- Support the tariff adjustments (inflation adjustments, price table changes, etc.), with the help of the Operations Manager in each country;
- Conduct the main meetings at the regional level with the support of the Operations Manager;
- Be the commercial contact point and escalations for the client at the regional level;
- Have the development of the account plan, supported by the Operations Manager in each country;
- Support the implementation processes (start of a new business, systems, model, etc.);
- Manage customer satisfaction processes and ensure the follow-up of the action plan by the operations team, so that the results are achieved;
- Manage improvement initiatives for these clients, seeking standardization at the regional level, better efficiency, and customer satisfaction, with robust planning and ensuring execution;
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders of operations in each country and global team.
