Our Graduate Program sets to challenge and equip you for a successful career with DHL Supply Chain. You will experience fast progression & clear career pathways as an Operational Leader. Your Graduate experience will look like:

1. 24 month program with the flexibility to secure a post-program role within DHL after your first year
2. Supportive induction into the business, including stepping into a Frontline Operator position and development through best in class training
3. Early responsibility as a Supervisor, with potential to lead a team and operation after your first 6 months
4. Involvement with critical strategic and cross sector projects
5. Support Networks including a 1 on 1 mentor, Graduate Peer Support and Program Lead
6. Regular performance feedback and personal development planning

About You

• You are on track to graduate by mid or end of 2026 or have already graduated within the last two years.
• Degrees in Supply Chain, Logistics and Business/Commerce will be highly regarded
• Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills
• Goal oriented, driven and excited to begin a successful career in warehouse operations
• Full working rights within Australia
• A valid driver's license
