Warehouse Executive
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of operations at the Air Freight Warehouse and contributes to the company's goals of operational and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervising warehouse on daily warehouse inbound & outbound cargo. Include vendors and contractors.
- Supervising ULD BUP operations
- Management of truck docking movements at loading bays
- Supervising Malaysia cross-border truck loading
- Liaising with Export & Import Operations on cargo lodge-in and clearance
- Attend to DG packing and fumigation arrangements
- Manage pallet stock inventory
- Attend in-house survey (import cargo)
- Liase with terminals (SATS & Dnata) as and when required on export & import shipment matters.
- Operate Forklift when required.
Requirements
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service oriented
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Meticulous
- Possess Forklift driving license
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in a relevant/similar capacity.
- The role will be based at the Changi Airfreight Centre
