Leadership & organisational development
- Inspire and lead a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Mentor senior leaders and ensure succession planning for critical roles.
Financial stewardship
- Own P&L responsibility for the business development function.
- Set and monitor revenue targets, ROI metrics, and pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and executive committees.
Compliance & operational excellence
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and compliance standards.
- Champion best practices in logistics and supply chain management to deliver superior client experiences.
