Operations Support Executive
Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and orderly.
Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining updated records.
Coordinate shipments with transport partners and ensure timely deliveries with proper documentation.
Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and records in compliance with company procedures.
Enforce safety protocols and support regular maintenance and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
Work closely with related departments and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
Other duties as assigned
Preferred education: Associates or better in Other or related field.
Preferred experience: Less than 2 years. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
