Receive, issue review, and process import/export documentation for an assigned base of accounts;
Obtain and process Customs release and other government agency releases as appropriate, arranging delivery, and invoicing the import accounts to their SOP;
Monitor transactions and notify supervisory personnel of any problem or irregularities;
Provide excellent and timely client service by informing the client of the status of their shipment(s);
Coordinate the release of goods from the carrier, customs or other governmental agency examinations that may be required;
Ensure that all KPI's be followed properly;
Support check if all data is completed/correct on TMF;
Ensure that costs being applied correctly to avoid loss;
Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements
Minimum 1 year related experience.
Certification and Licenses
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
