Logistics Executive
The incumbent will coordinate the warehouse operations by ensuring efficient data entry, and email communications with internal and external customers for import, storage, cycle-count, and export tasks to facilitate the dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting day-to-day operations in the warehouse environment by monitoring and coordinating deliveries and shipment
- Preparing all shipping documents for import and export shipments
- Acting as the point of contact with internal and external stakeholders on shipment arrangement
- Assisting with all customers/suppliers' inquiries via phone and emails
- Ensuring all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintaining stock accuracy
- Upkeeping and filing related documentation timely and accurately (e.g. delivery orders, shipping documents, inventory records, etc.)
- Planning and conducting periodic stock quantity cycle counts in accordance with the company's SOP.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement, and general matters for management review.
- Ensuring billing data accuracy while performing monthly billing.
- Ensuring office areas are well maintained.
- Assisting the Manager with any other duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis
Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline.
• Prior experience as an operation/order fulfillment executive in a warehouse environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years in the logistics/3PL/supply chain is required.
• Proficient with computer function, Microsoft Office, email, warehouse management system, and offshore PO system.
• Able to work 5.5 days (alternate Saturday).
