Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Assists the treasury department with daily tasks and activities
• Maintains accurate and organized records
• Updates the treasury procedures library
• Participates in special projects as assigned
• Works with accounting team as part of monthly month end close
• May assist with credit and collections
• Other duties as assigned

Other Skills & Abilities:

• Good communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension)
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be comfortable using Excel
• Must be self-driven, willing to learn, and aim to take charge of their daily tasks & responsibilities

Physical Requirements:

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
• The internship is located on site. Must be physically in the office at 8am.
• Must have an education schedule that can support a 25-30 hour work week

Education & Experience:

• 3-4 years of college experience required, preferably majoring in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
