Liaising with vendors building day-to-day and strategic operational relationships and setting and carrying out account growth and retention strategies
Synchronizing support across the globe with relevant stakeholders and assuming accountability for results
Internal and external business reviews on a regular schedule to be shared collaboratively with team members in each region and with Executive Sponsors
Partners with and coordinates internal company resources to achieve business objectives, maintain account satisfaction, and ensure that the company's specialty services support client needs while achieving acceptable margins
Provides strategic direction, support and coaching to team members
Works to develop employees' skills, evaluates performance and provides feedback, and oversees resolution of employee relations issues
Manages a high caliber team of employees
Engages in all strategic RFQ opportunities
Ensures ISO Compliant corrective process being administrated timely and thoroughly from point of defect awareness through corrective action implementation and completion
50% client facing role
Ensures consistency of the process and our performance so company has a scalable operation to grow on
Manages cost and revenue to ensure proper yield so (Earnings before Interest, Depreciation, Taxes and Amortization) EBIDTA targets are achieved for the assigned account(s)
Ensures global compliance on collections process to invoice properly and bill and collect timely o Maintains AR below percentage in accordance with company goal

Functions well both independently and in a team setting
Proficient in both Excel and Microsoft Word
Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components

Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Attendance and presence at work-site is an expectation
High School Degree or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5 - 7 years of related experience
3 – 5 years of industry experience preferred
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
