Your Role

Based in France, you are in charge of the coordination of QHSE aspects in the global aeronautical supply chain activities within CEVA Logistics. You ensure the interface with our clients and partners, guarantee the integration of their requirements in our procedures, and secure the handling of complex aeronautical parts (engines, heavy equipment). Your technical expertise and understanding of mechanical constraints allow you to accompany our operational teams and suppliers in a demanding logistics environment.

What You Will Do?

• Develop, maintain and improve the global QHSE procedures specific to the aeronautical sector, in compliance with international standards and client requirements.
• Represent CEVA with international clients, lead QHSE performance reviews and translate technical requirements into concrete actions for regional teams and suppliers.
• Pilot QHSE action plans, coordinate stakeholders in regions to ensure the implementation of corrective actions following incidents and complaints, monitor their implementation and drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Ensure the global governance of suppliers involved in heavy lifting, handling, and transportation of aeronautical parts, by auditing and challenging them.
• Contribute to investigations in case of major incidents and ensure that the learnings are shared across the organization.

What We Are Looking For?

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in aeronautical logistics/supply chain or, if not, in a demanding industrial environment (automotive, agricultural machinery or similar).
• Strong understanding of mechanical constraints applied to engines and heavy equipment, ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Good knowledge of QHSE standards (ISO 9001, EN9100), risk management and heavy lifting procedures.
• Ability to represent the company in front of clients, to lead technical meetings and to challenge stakeholders.
• Fluent English is indispensable, international role with occasional travel (25 %).
